Stress is the new normal – but it doesn’t have to be

Most people don’t pause during the day. The mind runs on autopilot, the body is tense. A short pause and presence can radically reduce stress levels.

Immunity needs training

Autumn and winter are a real test of resilience. Instead of pharmacy supplements, we want to show simple biohacks – from cold showers to breathing exercises – all scientifically proven to work.

Work–life balance is not a cliché, it’s a necessity

Constant availability, phone by the bed, 24/7 notifications – all of that ruins sleep quality and our relationship with time. Small changes in daily routines can help the body and mind function more healthily.

How the challenge works

  1. Register – sign up with your email and get full access.
  2. Level launch – every month we start a new 21-day habit. (Level 1 starts Oct 6, new levels begin on the 1st of each month.)
  3. Join anytime – 21 days is set deliberately. If you join a few days (up to 1 month) late, no problem – you’ll still have enough time to master the habit and complete the level in full.
  4. Your task – one simple daily step, just a few minutes.
  5. Community – share your experiences, photos, tips, or just follow along.
  6. Progress – track your success with the habit tracker.
